Gravity4 Founder's Threats Sent Exec Into Hiding, Suit Says
Law360, New York (September 15, 2015, 9:05 PM EDT) -- Embattled mogul Gurbaksh Chahal and his company, Gravity4 Inc., on Monday were hit with a lawsuit in a California state court by a former executive who accused Chahal of breach of contract and creating a hostile work environment that included racism, threats of violence and verbal abuse.
Yousef Khraibut says Chahal lured him from Canada with promise of being a founding member of the company with a leading senior executive role, millions of dollars of stock options, a decent salary and accommodations and immigration sponsorship.
