Judge Denies Class Cert. In Gas Price-Fixing Suit

Law360, New York (September 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied certification of a multistate class in a suit against gasoline giants Shell Oil Co., BP Corp. North America Inc., Citgo Petroleum Corp., Marathon Oil Co. and Exxon Mobil Corp. over alleged manipulation of the U.S. gasoline market.
