Disbarred Attorney's Suit Against Cravath Thrown Out

Law360, New York (September 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- James Colliton is vowing to appeal after a federal judge threw out a suit the former tax attorney brought against Cravath Swain & Moore LLP — his former employer — less than three months after pleading guilty to statutory rape in 2007. The court said Colliton's claims were frivolous and his litigation tactics bordered on extortion.
