Heller Workers Lawyer Up, Just In Case

Law360, New York (September 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- If Heller Ehrman LLP can't meet its obligations under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, whether because of bankruptcy or anything else, at least some of the firm's 1,200-plus employees are ready to sue, a worker at the firm said Tuesday.

The worker, who did not wish to be named because of the sensitivity of the situation, declined to say which firm or lawyer they've contacted.
