Intel Wins Partial Summary Judgment In Patent Case

Law360 (September 26, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has granted summary judgment in favor of Intel Corp. on two causes of action in a long-running patent case related to optoelectronic technology, while leaving several other issues to be decided at a jury trial scheduled for November.
