Paulson Subpoenaed In Pay Package Lawsuit

Law360, New York (June 19, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The head of Goldman Sachs and President Bush’s nominee for the U.S. Treasury Secretary has been subpoenaed in the lawsuit over the lucrative pay package of former New York Stock Exchange Chairman Richard Grasso.

Goldman Sachs Chief Executive Henry Paulson is among dozens of executives who Grasso’s attorney, Gerson Zweifach, has subpoenaed, according to a Reuters report.
