Browning-Ferris Short On Specifics, Ex-NLRB Member Says

Law360, New York (October 5, 2015, 6:53 PM EDT) -- Whether the National Labor Relations Board's blockbuster Browning-Ferris decision will be as problematic for businesses as critics have warned remains to be seen, but that decision is one of the major rulings from the last two years in which the NLRB should have provided more details, former board member Harry I. Johnson III told Law360 in an exclusive interview.

Johnson's term as a labor board member, which began in August 2013, ended on Aug. 27, and he joined Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP as a partner on Thursday.
