Pillsbury Seeks Liability Finding In Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (September 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Pumped up by a recent summary judgment victory, Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP has fired another bullet at a real estate company that sued the firm for more than $50 million for legal malpractice during bankruptcy proceedings, asking a federal judge to find Capitol Hill Group liable for bringing the allegations in the first place.
