Great Lakes Gray Wolf Returns To Endangered List

Law360 (September 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Gray wolves in the western Great Lakes region have regained their status as an endangered species after a federal court threw out a 2007 rule by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service that delisted the wolves in states including Wisconsin, Michigan and Illinois and stripped them of Endangered Species Act protection.
