Stella McCartney Sues Steve Madden Over Knockoff Bags

Law360, New York (October 7, 2015, 1:56 PM EDT) -- Fashion designer Stella McCartney Ltd. hit Steve Madden Ltd. with a lawsuit Tuesday accusing the retailer of infringing both design patents and trade dress by selling a knockoff shoulder bag.
