EPA Seeks To Stay Pesticide Cases

Law360, New York (October 1, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is seeking to stay three cases alleging that it wrongfully reregistered a group of pesticides that have been suspected of posing health risks to humans and wildlife while a related appellate lawsuit is pending.
