Law360, New York (October 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Frozen seafood specialist Contessa Premium Foods Inc. has scored a sweet victory outside the kitchen, winning a jury verdict of almost $4.5 million in a case against former employees and competitors that conspired to steal Contessa's trade secrets, the company announced Thursday.
