Lehman Creditors Question JPMorgan's Role

Law360, New York (October 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Creditors of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. have asked the bankruptcy court for permission to investigate whether JPMorgan Chase & Co. contributed to the company's cash crunch before Lehman filed for bankruptcy protection last month.
