EPA Gives Houston More Time For Ozone Compliance

Law360, New York (October 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Houston has become the second city in the nation, after Los Angeles, to be classified as a severe ozone area by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and now has until 2019 to reduce its ozone to acceptable levels.
