AAI Prods Candidates On Future Of Antitrust

Law360 (October 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After what it characterizes as eight years of only intermittent attention to antitrust issues, the American Antitrust Issue on Monday urged the two major candidates vying for the U.S. presidency to take more aggressive action in and increase the funding for antitrust enforcement.
