Attorney Not Covered For Malpractice Suit, Ind. Court Says

Law360, Los Angeles (October 20, 2015, 6:50 PM EDT) -- An Indiana-based attorney isn't entitled to legal malpractice coverage under a policy with Bar Plan Mutual Insurance Co. because he failed to disclose a potential claim to the insurer, a state appeals court has ruled.
