Ex-Dechert Associate Sues Over Broken Promises

Law360, New York (October 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former Dechert LLP associate has sued the firm for luring him away from a stable associate position at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP with promises of greater professional development, only to slap him with “glorified paralegal work” and then fire him because he is an Orthodox Jew.
