Kinglite's Computer Patent Claims Nixed Under Alice

Law360, New York (October 21, 2015, 5:47 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge has struck down Kinglite's authentication patent that it had asserted against various technology manufacturers, saying it couldn't stand in the face of scrutiny from the framework established in the U.S. Supreme Court's Alice ruling.
