2 Wal-Mart Pharmacists May Be Eligible For Overtime

Law360, New York (October 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two out of hundreds of pharmacists who sued their former employer Wal-Mart Stores Inc. have convinced a federal appeals court that they deserve their day in court to try to prove they were treated more like hourly employees than salaried staff and were therefore entitled to overtime pay as prescribed by the Fair Labor Standards Act.
