Allergan Breast Implant Suit Can Be Amended, 9th Circ. Says

Law360, New York (October 26, 2015, 8:33 PM EDT) -- A woman who claims Allergan Inc.’s breast implants caused a number of her health issues won her appeal Friday when the Ninth Circuit reversed an Arizona federal court’s dismissal of her case for failure to state a claim, finding that she can amend her complaint to strengthen her claims.
