ITC Finds No Violation In TRW, Magna Car Camera IP Row
Law360, New York (October 30, 2015, 4:18 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has found that General Motors LLC supplier TRW Automotive US LLC didn’t violate international trade law by importing certain driver assistance cameras that fellow supplier Magna Electronics Inc. alleged infringe its patents, according to a Federal Register notice to be published Monday.
The ITC had agreed in August to take a second look at Administrative Law Judge Theodore R. Essex’s final initial determination after Magna argued the judge’s conclusion was erroneous, but ultimately decided to terminate the investigation.
