Schulte Roth Seeks $1.5M In Fees For Quigley Ch. 11

Law360 (October 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Professional fees and expenses for four months of Chapter 11 proceedings for former Pfizer Inc. subsidiary Quigley Co. Inc. could end up costing more than $1.7 million, with the bulk of that going to law firm Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP.

For the period from May 1 to Aug. 31, Schulte Roth, which represents Quigley, has asked the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York to approve $1,502,616.70 in fees and $40,560.34 in expenses, according to the firm's application filed Wednesday. The bill...
