Volkswagen Wins Review Of Signal's Air Bag Patent

Law360, New York (October 30, 2015, 5:31 PM EDT) -- The Patent Trial and Appeal Board on Thursday agreed to launch an inter partes review of a Signal IP patent that is the subject of three federal court lawsuits with automakers, concluding Volkswagen Group offered enough evidence to show it is likely that one of the air bag sensor patent's claims is not patentable.
