USIS Case Against Electrical Workers Union Stands

Law360, New York (October 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The judge overseeing U.S. Information Systems Inc.'s antitrust case against a labor union and several contractors has rejected the union's bid for reconsideration of an earlier decision to sustain USIS' complaint, writing that the plaintiff's allegations were sufficient to meet the plausibility standard laid out in Bell Atlantic Corp. v. Twombly.
