Law360, New York (October 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Power tool giant Black & Decker U.S. Inc. has won its bid to overturn a $490,000 jury verdict in a product liability case, with an appeals court ruling that the presiding judge excluded admissible evidence.
