Nautilus Takes Patent Indefiniteness Case Back To High Court

Law360, New York (November 4, 2015, 10:27 PM EST) -- Nautilus Inc. has urged the U.S. Supreme Court to review a Federal Circuit ruling that a Biosig Instruments Inc. heart rate monitor patent is not indefinite, saying the panel ignored instructions handed down by the high court in an earlier ruling and instead just “copied and pasted” its earlier reasoning.
