Environmental Group Files Suit Over Protecting Seals

Law360 (October 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An environmental group has asked a federal court to require the city of San Diego to put up a barrier at a local beach to protect a colony of seals as they rear newborn seal pups and to take other measures to ensure the seals are not disturbed.
