Wave Of Subprime Suits Worries Finance Sector

Law360 (October 13, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Financial services and insurance companies are bracing themselves for a wave of litigation related to the subprime mortgage crisis, but they appear to have weathered the storm over options backdating, according to a survey to be released on Tuesday.
