NYC Teachers Sue Over Ban On Political Buttons

Law360, New York (October 13, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- New York City schoolteachers who want to wear political campaign buttons sued the city's Board of Education after it prohibited them from doing so for the first time in 25 years, accusing the board of stepping on their First Amendment right of free speech.
