St. Louis Taxi Agency Seeks To Curb Uber Operations In City
Law360, New York (November 16, 2015, 7:32 PM EST) -- The St. Louis Metropolitan Taxicab Commission pressed a Missouri federal court Friday to block Uber Technologies Inc. from operating in the city and skirting licensing regulations and blasted the ride-hailing service’s bid to get the instant suit tossed by claiming a separate antitrust suit tackles the same issues.
