Judge Finalizes Jury Orders In Heinz, Starr Insurance Suit

Law360, New York (November 17, 2015, 10:51 PM EST) -- The final jury instructions and verdict slip form were set Tuesday in a dispute between Heinz and Starr Surplus Insurance over $25 million in coverage for contaminated baby food, after a Pennsylvania federal judge overruled nearly all of both parties' objections to his orders.
