Autodesk Reaches Deal In Software Misappropriation Row

Law360, New York (November 18, 2015, 4:20 PM EST) -- Autodesk Inc. has reached a settlement to end its copyright infringement suit in California federal court accusing a Chinese company of copying wholesale its source code for computer-assisted design software, with the alleged infringer admitting wrongdoing, Autodesk announced on Wednesday.
