DocuSign Hits Warpath Over Electronic Signature

Law360, New York (June 29, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Fresh off a favorable patent settlement with industry rival Yozons Inc., DocuSign Inc. has fired off a pair of lawsuits accusing more competitors of infringing on its electronic signature technology.

On Wednesday, DocuSign filed separate suits in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, charging both Sertifi Inc. and Health Applications Inc. with violating its intellectual property.
