Protective Order For Apotex Employees Mostly Denied

Law360 (October 15, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A magistrate judge has refused to allow Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. to take the depositions of three employees of Apotex Corp. in a patent suit over a generic version of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder treatment Abilify, but has allowed the deposition of one other employee to go forward.
