WaMu Trustee Names Creditors Committee

Law360, New York (October 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. trustee assigned to oversee Washington Mutual Inc.'s Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Wednesday named a committee of unsecured creditors.

In a filing in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, the U.S. trustee named the Bank of New York Mellon, Law Debenture Trust Co. of New York, Wells Fargo Bank NA, Wilmington Trust Co. and Verizon Services Corp. to the unsecured creditors committee.
