EPA Seeks Final OK For NJ Superfund Site Cleanup

Law360, New York (October 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has asked a district court to approve a consent decree with American Airlines Inc., Rutgers University, Alcoa Inc. and about a dozen other companies to recompense environmental cleanup costs associated with the Chemsol Inc. Superfund site in New Jersey.
