9th Circ. Stands By FERC In Hydroelectric Plant Spat

Law360 (October 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court last week denied a bid by the Snoqualmie Tribe to decommission a hydroelectric power plant at a sacred site, and upheld limits the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission had imposed on the hydroelectric facility.
