2nd Circ. Revives Houlihan Lokey's $16M Fee Bid

Law360 (October 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has kept alive a bid by Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin Capital to recoup $16 million it claims it is owed for work in the Chapter 11 case of XO Communications Inc., ordering the long-running fee fight back to bankruptcy court.
