Jones Day Gives Scrushy A Break On Legal Fees

Law360, New York (June 30, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Richard M. Scrushy, who was found guilty on Thursday in a bribery scheme, has been dealt a softer blow in a separate spar with Jones Day, his former counsel, with the firm voluntarily dismissing its case against the former HealthSouth Group CEO over unpaid legal bills.
