Scientists Grade Agencies On Media Policies

Law360 (October 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Occupational Safety and Health Administration have scored low marks for their practice of limiting the scientific information they release to the media, according to a report card by a group of scientists.
