Law360 (July 5, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A week after a U.S. Senate committee shot down the so-called “net neutrality” amendment, Google Inc. has warned that it plans to aggressively pursue antitrust violations should high-speed Internet providers show signs of abusing their market positions.
