Feds Want Device Maker's Subpoena Suit Tossed

Law360, New York (October 20, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. government has asked the federal court in New Jersey to toss a lawsuit filed by Stryker Corp., accusing the government of serving it with an “oppressive and overly broad” subpoena during a federal investigation into a kickback scheme in the orthopedic device industry.
