BofA Looks To Settle One ‘Keep the Change’ Suit

Law360 (October 20, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has decided against consolidating Bank of America NA’s declaratory judgment suit over its “Keep the Change” program with Every Penny Counts Inc.’s patent infringement suit targeting the program, noting that the parties are now seeking to settle the declaratory judgment action.
