Tyco Loses JMOL Bid In Needle Shield Patent Suit

Law360 (October 20, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A district judge has refused to grant a renewed motion for judgment as a matter of law to Tyco Healthcare Group LP in a patent suit brought by Becton Dickinson and Co. over needle safety shields that has already been to trial twice.
