Law360, New York (December 7, 2015, 9:46 PM EST) -- Dozens of major law firms are seen by general counsels as arrogant, and one of BigLaw’s biggest names stands alone at the top of the high-handed heap, a new survey shows.
The 2016 BTI Client Services A-Team report, published by The BTI Consulting Group (Wellesley, Massachusetts), found that 55 firms in all are at least occasionally seen as smug. That’s a slight drop from last year when 63 firms made the list.
Not sugarcoating advice or bluntly laying out legal solutions before a client gets to speak are just a few of the pompous practices that can land firms on the list....
