Judge Tosses Microsoft Case

Law360 (July 6, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has dismissed an antitrust suit against Microsoft Corporation, saying too much time had passed since the alleged misconduct.

S. Jerrold Kaplan, founder of now-shuttered Go Computer Inc., and the company accused Microsoft of stealing the company’s operating system, called PenPoint. The suit was one of the last competitor class action cases pending against Microsoft.
