J&J Found Liable In 3rd Risperdal Breast-Growth Case

Law360, Philadelphia (December 11, 2015, 4:14 PM EST) -- A Philadelphia jury returned a $500,000 verdict against a Johnson & Johnson unit on Friday after agreeing that the antipsychotic drug Risperdal caused a Wisconsin boy to grow female breasts and that the company had failed to adequately warn doctors about the risks associated with the medication.
