Critics Applaud Top Whistleblower Counsel's Exit

Law360, New York (October 22, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- U.S. Special Counsel Scott J. Bloch, in charge of pursuing whistleblower suits, has announced that he will resign when his five-year term ends on Jan. 5, a move that has been welcomed by critics who allege that he has retaliated against his own employees.
