Fed. Circ. Affirms Game Show Network's Gaming Patent Win

Law360, New York (December 15, 2015, 4:14 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Tuesday refused to disturb a Patent Trial and Appeal Board decision that found a patent on computerized gaming is invalid, leaving in place a victory for Game Show Network LLC, whose website was accused of infringement.

In a one-line order, a three-judge panel for the appeals court affirmed the PTAB's decision last November in an American Invents Act review, when the board found the patent was anticipated and obvious.
