E.C. Forges Ahead In Telecom Probe

Law360, New York (July 7, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Making good on its threat to probe Europe's telecommunications industry, the European Commission said Friday that is opening five new investigations into possible violations of competition law in the industry.
